5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status.
6. Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the product is delivered.
If the package appears damaged at delivery, customers must inform us within 24–48 hours with photos and video proof.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address details.
Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:

Refusal to accept delivery
Incorrect contact details
The order may be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
9. Bulk & Freight Orders
For large wholesale shipments:
Delivery may be made via transport or freight service.
Customers may need to collect goods from the transport office (if applicable).
