Return & Refund Policy
All wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases mentioned below.
Because we deal in food items such as spices, pasta, macaroni, pickles, flour products, etc., returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We only accept return/refund requests in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged product received.
Expired product delivered.
Missing items in order.
